How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 24h. Delivery takes 2–4 business days in Spain and 3–7 business days for the rest of Europe and international destinations.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your country, and we regularly run free-shipping offers.

Is the pearl real?
Yes. The oyster is authentic and inside it holds a naturally cultivated real pearl. Each one is unique in the world.
Can I choose the color of the pearl?
The color is a surprise — that is where the magic lies. Each oyster is unique and its pearl is only revealed when you open it.
Warranty
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, every Perlitta piece includes a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing and plating defects under normal use. It does not cover loss, improper handling or normal wear.

Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will update the address.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Write to us and we will take care of it.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Product & Care
Does the oyster expire?
No. It comes hermetically sealed, vacuum-packed and preserved in an alcohol solution. We recommend opening it within the first 6 months.
What materials do you use?
The chain and the cage are stainless steel plated with first-grade sterling silver, with a standard length of 45 cm (18 inches).
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep it away from perfumes and water, store it in its pouch, and polish it gently with a soft cloth.
